This receiver is the second MPEG-4 based receiver released by Bell. Based on the spec’s, this unit will be replacing the 6100 model. The cool thing about this new unit is that it is not a PVR, but it will become a PVR later this year when Bell releases new firmware activating the USB port! This will allow you to connect an external hard drive or an Archos 605 and 705 portable media player. The 6141 HD receiver comes with the PVR remote, and an new EPG (electronic program guide) allowing you to view up to three days of programming on the screen at one time.

Output ports include: Coax, Component, S-Video, Optical, HDMI.

Inputs: 1x Satellite In, OTA Antenna

USB, and Ethernet for future use.

If you have the new 6141, please feel free to post a comment with your experiences or questions.

    error 760.

well I wake up this morning, turn on my tv,, 9200 PVR. and I get this error 760 message,

here is a picture, but if you can’t view it check my website link, I am going to post it over there shortly,

I guess I am posting this in the wrong area,,

the gist of the error is the hard drive has to be reset, and everything on it deleted, a minor annoyance depending on the day,, this day it was only minor,,

I have a 6141 which annoyingly has some delay between image and sound, particularly on HD channels. I am connected through HDMI to an LG 42 plasma tv. I called Bell up, and after rebooting the device, and checking the switches, etc., I am told that there is an incompatibility between the TV and the decoder, and that I have to use component video connections. That answer is unacceptable – my box is 20 feet or so away from the TV, and I don’t want 5 wires running to the tv. anyone else having this kind of problem?
